It's time to celebrate new life today! With the arrival of a new member of the TCASS Family, we are also happy to announce that once again The Connor and Sparky Show will be back in production making more crazy fun. We've been greenlit to make 39 episodes in 2008. We're back, baby!!
Thanks so much to our dear friends and supporters of the show for helping make this all possible. We must specifically recognize the folks at oaksdalefriends.com that put together a petition of over 15,000 signatures to help keep us in production. Thank you everybody! Thank you Cartoon Network and Teletoon for always being so supportive and thank you Studio B and Starz Media  for whipping out the checkbooks.
Get ready for more Connor and Sparky fun in 2009!

Kidrobot X The Connor and Sparky Show!

Vinyl toy geniuses, KidRobot announced yesterday a new line of Connor and Sparky vinyl toys and clothing. In their own words:

The new face of children's television, The Connor and Sparky Show!, is rocking away as it gives kids and adults an entire world of fun to wrap their mind around while losing their marbles. We don't want you to be left empty handed though, so we're premiering a series of 6-inch
to 9-inch figures at $19.32, as well as our collection
of Kidrobot x The Connor and Sparky Show! apparel.
Forget how old you are and relive the days of sugarfrosted cereal and Saturday morning cartoons.

These are highly collectable vinyl representations of the cast from the show, complete with a character card and awesome packaging. Look for these on shelves July 21st wherever fine KidRobot toys are sold. (Meaning, these are higher-end collectables, not something you'd find at Toys R Us. But look for more kid-friendly merchaindise in the very near future...)

SURGE CITY

Hey Kids!
Wondering why we haven't been blogging so much? Why all those questions about TDI have been sitting on the world wide web lonely and unanswered?
Truth is, I'm lazy.

But more than that ...
Mikey Invantchev and I have been spending most of our free time over the past while creating and developing new animated shows. It's what we do for fun when we're not writing or designing shows created by other people.

Well it turns out what we do for fun... is now our JOB too!
Teletoon and CN have just greenlit Kearplax's second international series: Surge City.

We're really happy to be teaming up with the folks at Studio B, Frederator and Icon Animation to produce this great 1/2 hour comedy to be appearing on your TVs in 2009 (heck who knows, by 2009 you might be watching our shows on the brims of your hats or on the backs of your eyelids ... but I digress)

We'll let you know more about the show soon ... follow Mikey and I on our blogs .. I might update mine a little more often.

Probably not.

Hold Stills

Another day, another blog. Jayson and Greg are STILL not back to tell me what to blog about. For those of you who have just been following since our transition to Blogger.com would have missed out on the production stills that we put up on the MySpace site. For that reason, I give to you.... STILLS!

I probably bet you caught these on Cartoon Network or Teletoon.
